Return Policy 

Not quite right? No problem. You have 14 days to return your order from the day you receive your item(s).

Please visit our returns portal - to register your return. 

We are unable to offer free returns at this time. Return shipping is the responsibility and cost of the customer.  We strongly recommend packaging your return securely, posting via tracked delivery method and retaining proof of postage. We are not responsible for any items lost or damaged during transit. 

Once your return request has been approved, you must return the item to us within 14 days. Unfortunately we will not accept items returned after the 14 day period.

Return Eligibility 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be: 

  • Returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed and with all original tags attached
  • Returned with the provided branded boxes, branded dust bags, hang tags and cards. The packaging is part of the product.
  • Free from any marks, signs of wear, damage, strong body odour and aftershave.

We reserve the right to reject a return if the item(s) show signs of wear or is used or altered from its original condition in any way. In this case, your return will not be accepted and you will not be reimbursed. Rejected returns will be sent back to the customer at the customer's expense. Please take extra care when trying on your items. 

Please send all items you wish to return from an order in the package so that we can process the return as quickly as possible.

Exchanges 

We do not offer exchanges at this time. 

Incorrect or Faulty Item?

If, by chance you receive the incorrect or faulty item, please email us within 48 hours of receiving your order. We may ask you to provide photographs of the faulty item.

 

We aim to process all returns within 14 working days of receiving the item(s). If your return is approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. During busy periods this may take a little longer, but we endeavour to process all returns within the specified period. Confirmation will be sent when your return has been processed.
